Suitable for making vegan kefir. 12L of yogurt can be made from one package.
Method of preparation: Add one packet of yeast to 1-3L of room temperature milk or soy drink. Soy drink should contain only soybeans and water. Leave to ferment for 16-24 hours at room temperature (+22 ... + 25C). Stir in the thickened kefir and cool in the refrigerator. The finished product can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days. Use the sachet immediately.
