These flakes are perfect for seasoning dishes at the end of cooking. Unlike regular table salt, the flakes stick to food better, resulting in a more even distribution of flavor. Sprinkle Himalayan salt flakes over grilled meat, fish, simmering soup or stew. The delicate crystals can be crushed with your fingers to create a finer salt.
