These flakes have a light texture and mild taste. Gourmet sea salt flakes are perfect for seasoning meat, fish dishes and vegetable side dishes. Unlike regular table salt, flakes stick to food better, resulting in a more even distribution of flavor. The delicate crystals can be crushed with your fingers to create a finer salt.
