BetterYou Zechstein magnesium chloride is obtained from anatural source deep in the earth's crust. It has been protected from man-made pollutants for more than 250 million years, ensuring its quality and purity.

How to use: bath: add 250 g of magnesium muscle flakes (approximately 2 cups) to the bath. Lie down and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount to experience a more intense experience.

Footbath: add 150 g of magnesium muscle flakes (about 1 cup) approx. 5 liters of water, enough to drown your feet. Sit back and relax for 20 minutes.

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, grapefruit peel oil, limonene, eucalyptus leaf oil.

Storage: Magnesium flakes are very hygroscopic and absorb moisture quickly if left behind. Store in a dry place and quickly close open bags again.
