Himalayan salt flakes are made from Himalayan salt brine. In Himalayan salt mines, salty water is collected and evaporated in the sun. Naturally formed pink flake-shaped crystals are obtained.
These flakes are perfect for seasoning dishes at the end of cooking. Unlike regular table salt, the flakes stick to food better, resulting in a more even distribution of flavor.
